Terms and conditions

Reservations are made through partner platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com) or directly on our reservation site. On platforms, the platform's own payment and cancellation conditions also apply.

For direct bookings, payment is processed at booking time by Stripe, the reservation site's payment provider.

Check-in from 3 pm and check-out by 11 am, with self check-in. Arrival instructions are sent before your stay.

Different times can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

For platform bookings, the cancellation policy shown on the platform at booking time applies. For direct bookings, the policy shown on the reservation site before confirmation applies.

Accommodations are for the number of guests stated in the reservation. Smoking inside the units and parties or events are not allowed.

Please keep quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. Pets: ask before booking.

Guests are responsible for damage caused to the accommodation during the stay. Búzios Homes is not responsible for belongings left behind after check-out.
