Reservation data: name, email, phone, ID document, country and language, stay dates and number of guests. It reaches us through the platform where you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com or a direct booking on our reservation site).

Contact data: whatever you fill in on the contact form (name, email, message).

Browsing data: this site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, only what is essential for it to work. The embedded Google Map may set Google's own cookies.

To manage your reservation and stay (communication before, during and after), to comply with legal lodging obligations (such as guest registration) and to improve our service.

With your consent, we send news and offers. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We use the Hostaway platform for reservation and channel management (Airbnb, Booking.com). Direct booking payments are processed by Stripe, our reservation site's payment provider; we do not store card data.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

Reservation data is kept for as long as legal and tax obligations require. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to assist you.

You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within the legal timeframe.
